"UCLA is a great school. The only issue is that it is too large. It makes it difficult to make connections with professors or find opportunities. It's an extremely competitive school as well, and the work load can be difficult to mange for new students who don't know how to mange their time, and stay up very late"

"As an incoming graduate student, the Luskin graduate program has given me a lot of support even before the school year started. During the summer, they sent me emails about internship and employment opportunities. I was able to land an interview for a non-profit before I even moved into the area! Also, the program coordinates a mentor program that pairs current graduate public policy students with new ones. I am excited for the upcoming year!"

"UCLA is a great school, with a beautiful campus, and a well-rounded Urban Planning program. The Faculty are really accessible and it's clear that they want you to succeed. The students create a second family with each other. They are also extremely passionate about planning and creating social change. The emphasis on social equity is especially clear in UCLA's program."
