"My time at DU was a struggle. I often regret going to a school that cost so much, and thus led to a large amount of student loan debt. Most people I knew left with more debt than they could ever realistically pay back and no immediate job prospects. It took me two years to find a job in international education and I am only now starting to make a dent in my debt. This is a joint degree program, meaning I took classes in International Studies and Media, Film, and Journalism Studies. My IS classes had the semblance of being practical, whereas my MFJS classes were overwhelmingly theory-based. I don't believe the program is focused enough on practical education and gaining the skills needed to be competitive in the job market. I did meet some amazing people who will hopefully be lifelong friends, but overall my graduate school experience was disappointing."

"I greatly enjoy attending the University of Denver Online as it allows me to learn on my own schedule. The classes have always been diverse, I've had class mates in Hong Kong and across the United States which I believe is a huge benifit of the online learning degrees! I greatly enjoy all of my professors and the knowledge and help they were able to provide me along my educational and career paths!"

"Fast 10 week sessions and pay a little more for the private education. Access to professors who are involved in the industry."

"The online program is an excellent program and includes participants from all over the US which adds diversity and value to the education. All professors thus far have been adjunct but this has also been a benefit for the real world experience."
