"I went to the University of Kansas for undergrad, so when I was thinking about going back to grad school, KU was my top choice. I am currently in the Master's in Public Administration program, and so far I love it. My professors are experienced and knowledgable of the topics they are teaching. Classes are offered at the Lawrence campus, and in the Edwards Campus in Overland Park, so they are convenient. I recommend this school and program."

"The best part of the KU MPA program by far is the incredible network that you become plugged into. Upon being accepted into the program, I was flooded by emails of public professionals who welcomed me into the program and offered me support. While it is a big workload, the classes are engaging and discussion based, engaging students to apply broad topics into the practice of management. I would strongly recommend this program for anybody interested in public service and making a positive difference in society through their education."

"The Master of Public Administration program is unique in that the courses and staff provide you with the background and resources to explore your particular area of interest in public administration while preparing you to make real life choices on the job. There is a great balance of personal freedom to explore what is important to you, while also ensuring students have historical as well as current knowledge of the public administration field. There are two campuses in Lawrence and Overland Park, which make it easy to attend classes while working. Class times and staff are very flexible. There is a fairly heavy workload expected, but it is not unreasonable given the field of study."
