"ULV has a beautiful campus and a friendly atmosphere. The class sizes are small and professors get to know the students on a professional and personal level. If I could go back to get another degree, I would go back there again!"

"University of La Verne prepared me to enter the classroom with strategies to help me teach my students to be 21st century learners. I entered the workforce excited, motivated, and prepared to make a difference. My professors taught me to teach the whole child by using movement, visuals, music, and other intelligences. Since earning my bachelor's degree was so successful, I have decided to go back and earn my masters of education in reading. With this degree, La Verne will prepare me to be a literacy leader. ULV's program is unique because they have a devoted literacy center where I tutor and can apply strategies directly from class into my instruction. I am continuously impressed with La Verne's comittment to students to be prepared educators that have current teaching strategies and provide rigorous instruction."

"I currently attend the Long Beach/Cerritos Regional Campus and I love it! ULV is a great school and has a great reputation in the education field. My degree program is the M.S. Educational Counseling, PPS program. This program can lead to further licensure as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). There are so many career options with this degree plan and has a reputable network."
