"I have put off going back to school to get my BSN, for years. The University of Mary has been the best experience I could have ever hoped for. The classes take effort, some are harder than others, but the instructors are amazing, caring and are willing to work with you. Even though I am completing my degree online the instructors make the assignments engaging and challenging. Many blessings and thanks to UMary!!"

"Attending the University of Mary was one of the best experiences in my life especially for a working student with children. I took my classes both online and on campus. I obtain my Masters Degree from the University of Mary in May 2013 in Management with an Executive concentration. The University of Mary is very flexible offering classes online and on campus as well. I was able to take one class at a time for a five to ten week period. All of the teachers were very professional and easy to work with. All of the instructors were working professionals that had many years experience in the real world. I made amazing relationship with all of my fellow students. I enjoyed my time so much at the University of Mary I have reenrolled to obtain additional Masters Degree in Administration starting fall of 2017. If you were a working adult, I would strongly recommend the University of Mary. Best higher education experience I have ever had."

"The University of Mary provided a great opportunity for me to touch up on skills as well as give me knowledge on my field of choice. It is a great atmosphere and community for college students. You almost felt like it was your 2nd family, away from home. The teacher to student ratio was excellent, which I still can say I have friendships with professors to this day. I would highly recommend the University of Mary."

"The University of Mary made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door to my interview for their Doctoral of Physical Therapy program. The faculty are knowledgeable in their areas of study, and the students encourage and support one another. I've enjoyed learning with the SynDaver cadavers and appreciate the leadership skills that are incorporated within the curriculum."

"The University of Mary is a private, Christian, Catholic, Benedictine university that welcomes students of all faiths and backgrounds. The University of Mary is a small university, consisting of about 3000 full time students. Although small, there are tons of opportunities offered by Mary that make it an extremely appealing school to attend. Mary offers many different degrees ranging from education and business to healthcare and theology. While attending Mary, I always felt like a member of the university family. I was involved in intramural sports as well as the student life program. I felt the freedom of being able to eat whenever I wanted at the 24/7 cafeteria that was in the middle of campus. I was also able to travel abroad and spend a semester in Rome, Italy at the University of Mary Rome Campus. I also went on a trip to Israel with the University of Mary and spent 14 days as a pilgrim in the Holy Land. The opportunities the University of Mary has to offer are a great way to widen your views and challenge you to think outside the box. The core values of the University of Mary also provide you with great preparation for future careers and to make ethical decisions in the workplace and in life."

"The University of Mary Occupational Therapy Program is a great program. The professors actually care how you are doing and care about teaching you the material that you will need as a future OT. They are more than willing to hold extra study times outside of class times when you are learning challenging material. They apply the material you are learning to real life experiences and try to incorporate hands on experiences as much as possible. The program is also great at working with other student disciplines such as PT, SW, AT, nursing and respiratory therapy. These are great opportunities because these are the professions that you as a future OT will be working with in the real world. It helps you to better understand what their scope of practice is and how to better interact with those professions on a professional level. Overall, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend the program."

"This school was great, because the classes were small enough where you still get interaction with your professors and get to have great classroom discussion."

"The University of Mary is a tremendous place to work towards my MBA. They offer several different concentrations within the MBA and Masters of Science in Business graduate degrees. My program is entirely online which at first made me somewhat nervous but all of my professors have made themselves available via email and phone to answer any questions about the class and the content of the class. I couldn't have asked for a better online program to pursue my MBA."

"University of Mary provided a very individualized experience if needed for all students in the social work program. The school offered a large variety of extra curricular activities, especially for a small private campus. The campus had reliable resources for students (it, cafeteria, residence, etc.). Teachers were available for individual assistance when needed."

"The pros of the graduate program at the University of Mary include: in-depth study of occupational therapy and it's origin/theories, the ability to be known by name in class due to smaller class size, and the option to take advanced coursework online. The cons of the graduate program include: lack of communication between some faculty and presenting our Master's Thesis in a group format."

"I made a rather rushed decision to go to the University of Mary and was a little apprehensive at first, but now that classes have started and we are starting to learn more I love the program! I was not aware that the program was completely online when I enrolled in classes, and the cost of living here is rather expensive, so I would have rather taken this program from somewhere with a little lower cost of living, but I really enjoy the support from my advisor and faculty when it comes to classes and workload."

"In my opinion, if you attend the University of Mary for occupational therapy, then you can expect a high quality educational experience with incredibly supportive staff and tuition at a very low cost compared to other catholic schools. Currently this program offers many of the courses via satellite from the professors in Bismarck, ND to the students in Billings, MT. This set up was frustrating initially due to technical problems, but now I barely notice I am in a different classroom. In Billings, the class size is smaller which is much more effective learning for me. We also have two professors in Billings which teach some of our classes. These professors are also our advisors, mentors, and provide us with a lot of support and great connections to the community. Overall, the experience has been more than satisfactory for me. I do not feel like I am missing out on anything. Sometimes I feel at more of an advantage due to our smaller class size, the convenience and availability of our professors, and the greater need for our help in the Billings community."

"It is a great university. PROS -The pros are vast, as the quality of education is very high, while the cost is very low - You get to have one on one time with professors -There are lots of clubs to join and recreational activities to take part in CONS -There is not a lot of diversity"

"From what I've experienced so far, the University of Mary provides an educational, yet fun environment where students receive a quality education. At the same time students have the opportunity to grow spiritually and make connections on campus."

"Being in North Dakota does not provide much diversity- but the class sizes were small so what was lacking in diversity was made up for in teacher/student interaction. It is an accelerated program with classes only in the evening making it possible to have a full-time job while attending school prior to internship which is very beneficial. Each class has on average 3 textbook with costs usually around $150 each making materials for class extremely expensive."

"The online MBA courses are excellent, instructors are always available 24/7 for students, coursework is clear and precise. Using the online course method gives the students freedom to study throughout the day and night without having to schedule around class hours. The disappointing part of online courses is not being able to meet with the Professors/Instructors face to face and classmates."

"The communication from University of Mary's staff has been phenomenal. They guide you every step of the way, including financial aid, the application process, and orientation. As I am an online student I cannot fairly assess social life and housing-it would not let me skip these things, but from what I have investigated they are above average."
