"Good school for research. But, if you are looking for a school with a balanced academic-social life, this would rank somewhere at the bottom."

"I really like living in Baltimore. It's a small city with a lot of novel neighborhoods that provide fun distractions between studies. I feel much safer in the city than I thought I would. The campus police have a presence that makes it the safest place to be in the city. Baltimore City and County is also a good location to study nursing. There are many different hospitals with a variety of specialities that offer opportunities to enhance your education. The Nursing Graduate program offer many graduate programs. There are many wonderful staff that serve great mentors. However, I given the opportunity I would not do the CNL program again. There is a push for bachelor's prepared nurses to specialize in a clinical practice. The CNL trains entry level nurses at a master's level, but does not provide them with a clinical specialty. This school also offers many online classes that students find increase there flexibility. Additionally, the school is able to provide students with a variety of clinical hours. The Campus caters to professional programs, so there are many events catered to young professionals. The student center and library have a very relaxed environment that encourages students to socialize and study."
