"The psychology major at UMass is very big so you need to be down to explore options for career paths and specializations or minors on your own. I found a great specialization for the social work path I wanted to take in the future and was able to also get a certificate in social work, which made applying to grad schools easier."

"UMass Amherst was an amazing experience. I obtained my degree online, but I never felt like I was cheated at all out of a great education. I feel like I received an amazing education and was supported all the way to the end. There was always someone there to help me either over the phone or through email. The teachers and other students were wonderful to work with and I feel the education that I received has prepared me for my journey through grad school and gave me the tools that I need to be successful."

"I absolutely loved studying Psychology at the University of Massachusetts. I started out keenly interested in pursuing a career in psychology but my studies opened me up to the formerly unknown world of science and clinical studies. I was able to participate in many studies and make many connections. I fell in love with science and switched onto the premed track, learning about Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Organic Chemistry. My time at Umass changed my loves and my interests and put me onto a new career path. I am hoping to gain admission to medical school and one day become and ER physician. I owe much thanks and credit to Umass for its formation in my passions and goals, and its help in shaping me as a person and a life-long student."

"The counselors at the school are very informative and will do their best to help you succeed. However as of recently it seems there are major parking issues and increases in fees that students are having a hard time seeing where their financial offerings are going"
