"The University of Miami provides great opportunities for its students. The staff has always been readily available to meet with me and help guide me though the program from the beginning. The Public Health program also has a diverse group of students which creates a learning dynamic amongst local, out of state, and international students. I have had the opportunity to find mentors and to network and better my chances in becoming a successful healthcare provider. The cost of attendance may be intimidating when applying, but being determined, the University provides financial aid and applying to scholarships can help alleviate that stress."

"The quality of the education at the university of Miami is phenomenal. If you show drive, determination and aptitude, opportunities will open for you no matter what. The staff at the graduate program are very welcoming and the professors that I have encountered are always ready to help. At first the cost of attendance at the University can be intimidating but the opportunities and the well-roundedness that you acquire is well worth it."

"The Public Health Program at the University of Miami is a competitive program, located in a city full of opportunity. The diversity of the student body and city allows for an expansion of one's worldview, and gives students a chance to practice their particular interests and specialties right in their own backyard. With this however, comes a high cost of living, which one needs to be prepared for before beginning school here."
