"Ross School of Business provides a great education and access to career opportunities. The action-based learning in on point. The last quarter of MBA 1 is spent working on an actual company project. You must be self-directed and be able to learn in large class setting. There are a lot of team based projects and too many opportunities it can be overwhelming."

"The MBA program was top-notch. Surrounded by bright and dedicated students. Only negative aspect was the distance from major cities (not including Detroit)."

"Reputation and job placement at the Ross School of Business is a great brand and sells itself. The cons are that the school is very, very expensive for a public institution, and for being a school with billions of dollars of endowment, they do not hand out much in the way of financial aid."

"The Ross School of Business puts you in touch with an incredible alumni and current student network, which I cannot begin to say enough good things about. The campus life of Ann Arbor is absolutely fantastic. The downside is that the program is rather expensive, but there is also great job placement and the jobs that students get are very lucrative."

"The Ross MBA provides any incoming student with a great mix of academic competitiveness, career options and a raging social life. The faculty is extremely good and committed to your success and is highly approachable. The action-based learning activities at Ross are simply fantastic. One area where I feel the school needs further improvement is in recruiting for certain industries. Consulting and CPG firms love Ross. However, Technology recruiting can do with a further boost."

"The program is great and the Michigan Network is widespread and supportive. The program does not market itself as well as it could for the value it provides, but the professors and administration are extremely supportive and dedicated to ensuring the best student experience. It's a great mix of fun and hard work."

"Ross is great because we do action based learning that help us apply our learning and expand our envelope of experiences. The social aspects are incredible, everyone is very friendly and a 'Go Blue' in your email gets you a response every time."

"Small town locations results in stronger community = greater value of the MBA. Downsides are the bathrooms that need maintenance too frequently and challenges in enrolling in all classes that you desire (bidding process is imperfect)."

"I have been very impressed with the quality of the people at Ross. I also believe that Ross does an exceptional job integrating real-life experiences into the classroom through their focus on Action-Based Learning. Ann Arbor also has the advantage of being a college town, with great sports and cheap, fun bars, while also having classier restaurants and entertainment options of Main Street. While I chose Ross for the people and the quality of the program, it is a great bonus that Ann Arbor is such a fun town where we will leave with lifelong memories."

"I believe that the Ross MBA is the most collaborative of the top MBA programs. The quality of the students here is very impressive as is the level of diversity. That being said, even though I believe I had a very strong application, including GMAT scores well above the average, I received no financial aid from the university and am financing my degree through private and government loans. Additionally, I have been surprised by the quality difference between the few faculty members I have come in contact with. Two of them were excellent and the other two were less than satisfactory."
