"Overall University of Minnesota is a great school with a lot of research, opportunities, and diversity. They have a strong Physical Therapy Program. Weakest point I believe is that many of the professors are not specifically trained as "teachers" and therefore do not always have the best teaching skills / passion for teaching. Understandable tho as this is a health care profession."

"The DPT program at the U of M is very integrative and collaborative. Communication between faculty and students is open and discussion based while still being focused and relevant. Classroom material is integrated well with clinical concepts and current research. I have yet to encounter cons of the program in my first year. It can be overwhelming for some students, but such rigor is to be expected in a doctoral degree."
