"There are many networking and job opportunities. Professors are approachable, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The graduate faculty and students have an excellent work ethic."

"The Crosby MBA is a great program, especially for how little it costs (comparatively). The opportunities to network, be involved in projects affecting real businesses around the world, and grow my business acumen have been wonderful. They offer a lot of support, and there are amazing opportunities. I am very happy with my experience here and all of my friends who have graduated have gotten great jobs!"

"This program has a great program and will teach you a lot, the con is that sometimes the financial aid isn't as available for grad school."

"There are great teachers that really work with you and really take the time to explain to you what is expected from you to pass the course. There are a lot of material that has to be done in one week sometimes its just to much if you have a family and a job."

"This graduate program's benefits far outweigh its costs. With regard to "academic competitiveness," I feel an explanation is necessary. While this is a highly competitive program to get into, once in, it is not highly competitive between graduate students. That being said, the Department of Communication at the University of Missouri-Columbia provides a highly supportive atmosphere for graduate students."

"I love MU's Communication graduate program. Everyone in the department is so friendly, and I feel like I'm learning information valuable to obtaining a job in academia. My advisor is great. She has a complete plan for me that will hopefully end in me leaving here with several publications, and she's flexible in these decisions. I also feel like it's great to get to teach classes in my area. I have experience in media production, so getting to teach an introductory course in production will be quite valuable in the job market."

"I came to Columbia for my PhD unsure about the town and the climate but have been pleasantly surprised. My department is also very supportive and the graduate students all very social and helpful on my floor."

"it's a great program. Quality of Faculty is outstanding. A program with a lot to do, i mean, many groups related with business issues, great support for international students, connections with the biggest companies and amazing internships opportunities. Also, the campus is beautiful and located in the middle of one of the most atractive cities to live at the USA. Moreover, the living costs are affordable and it´s a great academic and family environment if you are moving with your spouse or children."

"I'm a new student here, but so far the University's academic setting is great and the professors are user-friendly and available for assistance whenever you need them. Columbia town is awesome; quiet and friendly for bikers like me; people around you smile and always care. Although I'm new to this town, but I feel safer than I expected."

"In terms of living standards, no complaints except for the fact that Columbia has a really poor selection of ethnic food restaurants. Academically, I feel that I am receiving a first class graduate education that rivals or exceeds the quality of any other R1 institution."
