"To live in a nice aparatment/house in Burlington AND to be close to campus is very difficult. The closer to campus you get the more expensive and (substantially) worse the living situation gets."

"UVM and the Burlington area are not only great places to learn, but are great places to live and grow. UVM is a very open, accepting university and it is easy to try new activities, whether it is snowboarding, frisbee golf or West African dance. Coming to UVM was the one of the best decisions that I have ever made."

"UVM COM is a great school for your education. There isn't as much diversity or extracurricular activities as a larger city might supply, but for such a small community they do a pretty good job."

"Great place to be a student! Off-campus housing is very expensive for what is out there, but you might even get a lake view! Great for sports all seasons and close to mountains for winter sports. Bike paths, public transportation and campus transportation makes getting places easy."
