"Wake Forest has a competitive atmosphere, which makes it ideal for motivated students, and there are also numerous resources available to students. The professors are passionate about what they do and they are always willing to meet with students. There are some very interesting and challenging classes, but they are limited in number, so if I could change one thing about the English graduate program, I would add more classes."

"Wake Forest MBA program is amazing. The professors are top notch and the work is both demanding and very rewarding. This year has brought both amazing and rewarding experiences. The strength of the program is reinforced by the small class size (64) and the academic rigor. Career services is very helpful and provides workshops and one on one counseling. I could not have picked a better MBA program!"

"Wake Forest University is serious about it's students, and is only for serious students. They know how to have a good time, but when it comes right down to it, Wake Forest is all about preparing students to make a real difference in their chosen field. The academic competitiveness is off the charts! Just getting accepted to Graduate School there is an honor!"

"Wake Forest is a great Graduate institution. The Evening Program for work professionals makes life more convenient for me. Our books are delivered to us. We receive snacks the 2 nights a week we are there. Wake Forest community is like being with family."

"The neuroscience program at Wake Forest is a strong program that challenges their students. Faculty are accessible and the cost of living is very reasonable."

"The Masters of Science in Accounting program in Wake Forest University school of business is one of the most competitive accounting programs in the nation that has a very broad network with the biggest accounting firms in the world such as Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and so on. The school curricula are extremely competitive on academic integrity and rigidity. 89% of the MSA graduates are expected to pass the CPA within the summer before heading into public accounting firms. The disadvantage of entering into this program is that for a professional service major, Wake Forest University is located near Charlotte, which is probably not a very competitive city to start one's career in public accounting. Students have the options to go to other cities, but the majority of student body are expected to get into the Charlotte office of different public accounting firms."

"The education is great and the extremely small faculty/student ratio is incomparable. In addition, the bar passage rate and employment rate is excellent. The downside is that Winston-Salem is very small with little to do. If you like cities, Winston-Salem is not the best place to be."

"The faculty at Wake and small class size is the main reason I chose this school. The faculty is on pair with some much higher ranked schools and the small class size has ensured that there is a lot of one on one time with them. Also, because of the smaller size, the competition, while still present, is more healthy than abusive."

"Program is a lot of work and prepares students well for their careers post graduation. Excellent analytical development and small class sizes are a great benefit. Excellent all-around program that is well supported by faculty and staff."

"Overall the program, financial aid and environment were a perfect fit for me. I love the size of the school and the program. I'm not sure if I would have loved an undergrad experience here because of lack of diversity but within our graduate program we had great camaraderie and quite a lot of quality students and professors."

"While this has been a great chance for me to come and concentrate singularly on learning how to make documentary films - and I know I am growing a lot as a filmmaker - it is mainly despite my classes, not because of them. Class-time is wasted, and the onus is put on the student to step it up and take ownership of what they want to learn and how they want to learn it outside of class."

"Although I am only in my first semester at Wake, I come with previous graduate school education in a different field and the schools are worlds apart. The faculty make graduate students feel connected to the campus, to academia, and to their personal families. I have never experienced a more open and welcoming environment. Courses are tailored to meeting the real word challenges of practitioners as well as theoretical and scholarly activities to assist future academics for PhD schools and careers in higher education. The only real negative I can think of is the infrastructure of the University. Our building is deteriorating, and our work areas leave a lot to be desired in terms of space and cleanliness. The wireless network and computers need to be updated more frequently."

"The pros of this graduate program is that the students have access to state of the art facilities. There is also flexibility with scheduling. The cons of this graduate program is that it is now an "umbrella program" and a lot of students are having trouble finding labs that have funding. Some students feel as if they were misled during recruitment."
