"Delaware Law campus breeds an amazing learning environment. The networking with professors and current attorney's in the area provide great insight and unique opportunities. There are many organizations on campus that allow law students obtain real professional experience and give back to local communities."

"Widener Law Delaware is all Delaware has to offer for legal education. It had a great reputation prior, but unfortunately the quality of education and staff has severely plummeted and I now regret choosing this institution for my costly education which comes with high stakes and tremendous sacrifices."

"Financial aid is the toughest part of attending graduate school. Widener is a great school but needs more grant and scholarships for graduate schools."

"I would like to be able to interact with the faculty and the students more often and in person. But, I must say that because this is an online law school program, this will not happen. I think that I will not take online classes again. I need the interaction with students in order to get my point across and share my views about the subject being discussed."

"Widener University School of Law has provided me with both the academic and practical resources which are needed to pursue a successful legal career. There are an infinite number of resources made available to all students who wish to utilize them. The faculty and staff are exception and provide their students with everything the student needs to exceed both in the classroom and in the legal profession."

"The program is intensive and the workload in much, however, the professors do their best to make the material digestible, and to make sure the students are progressing at the that they should be."

"The Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Health Law is designed for health care and other professionals who desire to expand their education and broaden their understanding of the legal and regulatory health care environment. It is one of few such law school programs in the country, offering a unique opportunity for students to expand their employment opportunities. The MJ Health degree is an online program designed to accommodate the working professional seeking to improve employment opportunities or simply keep pace with changing regulatory requirements. It requires 28 credit hours of course work and can be completed in two academic years. Award Winning Program Widener Law School is one of the few institutions accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) for the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Courses aim to educate the student in all aspects of the law, and to be able to assist health law attorneys and other professionals with transactional, litigation, and regulatory work in hospitals, law firms, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, insurance companies and health maintenance organizations."

"The school is located in a low income, urban area so there are safety concerns outside of the campus. The campus, itself however, is beautiful."

"This is a TTTT Law School. Even though, not my first choice but it does provide a great education. The tuition is extremely high, but relatively lower than other private law schools. This is the only law school in Delaware, but you will find people from across the east coast here. The work load is hard, but do able if you work hard. Socially the city of Wilmington is great to be in. There are a lot of things to do. Most likely you will end up with around $90,000 to $100,000 debt, but if you are determined to practice law, then that shouldn't be a problem for you. Think of law career as a marathon not a sprint. You will be lawyer for rest of your life. You might not make money right out of school, but you will eventually find your niche, and excel in whatever law you want to practice, if you have the determination."

"I'm in the Extended Division of Widener's Law Program. I love my classmates, and the teachers are generally approachable and willing to help. I'm not a big fan of the relative grading curve but that seems to be a law school thing and not just a Widener thing. The classes go till 10:10 at night so I'm happy I'm only a half hour a way. However some of my friends drive over an hour to get to class. The work load is very dependent on you. There is one test for your entire grade in most classes. So you study as much as you think you need to. As far as preparing for class, the reading assignments are manageable. It's a small close knot campus; only about 75-100 people in the evening division and double that for day (per class level)."

"Widener Law is an excellent school. If I were to chose what school to go to again - I would chose Widener. I like the level of education, academic possibilities. The only one downfall- cost. I have to borrow to study there. It' s a lot of credit money.... I would recommend everyone to go pursue your dream. Knock and it will be open."

"The library does not have enough group study rooms, has bad hours, and is always freezing. The buildings do not require student ID to enter and campus security is pretty much useless;however, since the surrounding area is not bad there is not too much of an issue. There is nowhere to print in one of the two law buildings and there is an ongoing mold problem in the other building. For the amount of tuition, the facilities should be a lot better."
