BA & MBA Grad - Loved WU!

"College is a very important part of emerging adulthood. College truly prepares you for what you will handle as an adult, both in your professional and personal lives. Take courses that challenge you...make you think. Take advantage of every opportunity offered...you won't get nearly as many as you will in college. Get involved, even if you live off campus...I really wish I had been more involved. Use the time to enjoy the last years of "being a kid.""

"Wonderful college. Beautiful campus. At the time that I waqs going to class, the MBA program was taught completely at night. It was designed so that students could continue to work at their full-time employment and get their education at the same time. Perfect for me."

"The class times worked very well with my work schedule at the time. My professors were very knowledgeable and supportive. However, I do not think I received a lot of help in finding a better job after graduation. Also, since I obtained my undergraduate degree at the same institution, many of my classes seemed to be an extension of the undergrad classes that I already took with some of the same professors."

"I think the small class sizes as well as the one on one time with the faculty is a great pro. They really want you to succeed and they provide you with the tools and the connections to get a job when you are done. There are no cons! WU is the place to be!!!"

"I believe any graduate program at Winthrop University to be a rigorous degree to obtain. Since it is a smaller school, it isn't as recognized as other large colleges and universities, but it by far competes with schools much larger than Winthrop University. Professors push students to work and study hard, but are always there for them during and outside of class, and will always continue to be as long as the students show continuous effort. The school embraces multi-multiculturalism and social interaction, which are key lessons to the world growing around us in this day and age. I would recommend Winthrop University to any student considering Winthrop as a possible educational choice."
