Salary and Debt by Major at Allegheny College

We calculated a salary score for each of Allegheny College's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at Allegheny College to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is a weighted average of all of its program scores. Data is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and was last updated in December 2020. I graduated from Allegheny College a couple of years ago with a major in Economics and a minor in Biology (pre-med track, but ultimately found a great career in business). Here are my honest perspectives: Setting: Alleghenys campus is beautiful and well maintained with a lot of history but overall the setting is less than ideal. Allegheny College gave me a great, rigorous, science education which prepared me very well for the research I decided to do after graduation. Allegheny also prepared me for medical school- I have been accepted to begin this Fall.
