Belmont Abbey is a small catholic school just outside of Charlotte, NC. The majority of students at the college are athletes which creates an interesting dynamic between class and athletic events. The Belmont community has a true friendly feel to it with several locals supporting the college. As a whole, my experience was a positive one in the classroom as professors always are there to give assistance especially after missing a class due to a game.
