Claremont McKenna College has fantastic professors. Professor C, Professor P, and Professor N are amazing professors in the government department. Read More the classes were very interesting (unlike economics courses I had taken), but ultimately I left with a good understanding of politics, which is something that anyone can acquire who reads enough. Claremont McKenna College has a culture of wealth and opulence. While someone will certainly learn a lot in the classes, there is less to learn with regards to life lessons on the insular campus that is mostly populated by sheltered students from wealthy families. The price of the school is another drawback. Just like any school in its class, Claremont McKenna College charges a premium for the premium services it offers. But unlike many of the schools in its class, nobody has ever heard of it outside of some very niche circles. I usually just tell people I went to a small school in California because I know nobody will have heard about it.
