A school's overall score by level is based on the school's by-program performance weighted by student enrollment in each program. As a Delaware Technical graduate, I can say the college is friendly and has a safe feeling. From the teachers, to administers, security and work staff, they are all there to lend a hand when needed. I would recommend any of my friends to enroll in any of the three campuses. Students can take classes in any three campus depending their major. Students range in different ages no one, everyone there is there to start college or continue.
