The people on campus are wonderful, and most professors truly care about student success--academic, professional, and personal. Due the relatively low teacher-student ratio, professors are usually able to take time to talk one-on-one with students, advising them in courses, degrees, minors, and just generally how to get through college. Henderson State was a great place to call home for the past four years. My college experience was everything I could ask for. At the start of my college career I started out in the wrong major, and then I fell behind because I was not content. With all honesty, I failed a class, and my GPA slipped.
