The Education program is excellent. However as far as the financial aid, I always have trouble talking to people and they have been very rude to me when I have questions regarding financial aid. I have been interrupted while trying to speak, spoken to in a condescending tone, and I got transferred back and forth between offices before getting a clear answer to my question. I’m just a student trying to figure out financial aid, but the offices are rude and lazy.
If you are looking at this University to complete an online course of study; I highly recommend you DO NOT register. I TRIED registering online, NEVER went to class did not have confirmation from KSU that I was even enrolled to start class and they charged me $2,000 and now it is on my credit report. I NEVER even got started in their course. LEASE BE CAREFUL when enrolling, make sure you are excepted, they charge you anyway!!! VERY disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and integrity in this University.... Read More
