Manhattanville College primarily attracted me for its beauty and generous financial aid. The old castle sits right in the middle of campus and is followed by a long green quad where students lounge and play games during the summer. The student body is also very diverse, having a large presence of international students. You often hear different languages being spoken when walking around campus. Manhattanville College offers an intimate and diverse college experience. You'll notice right away the student to teacher ratio, the 1:1 regular meetings with your adviser, and the access students have to faculty. Manhattanville's strongest quality is the amount of time and appreciation they give to their students. One of the qualities that drew me most was their commitment to community service.
