Run don’t walk to Mizzou You will have more class options, better instructors and real career options. SEMO is a really expensive community college with athletes. Don’t waste your money or your time. If I could give back my diploma for a refund I would. This University is a rip off and they know it. So much money wasted on U studies. No where to park. Poor career advisement. Rude staff. Nothing positive to say really. I have stopped listing it on my resume. It is an embarrassment to me that I went there.

Southeast MIssouri State University was an excellent school for me to figure out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The professors were go supportive. They were constantly on the lookout for scholarships, internships, and jobs that they thought would be perfect for me. This prepared me for graduate school and future jobs. At SEMO, each student is an individual, and the professors meet you where you are at and push you beyond what you think is possible for yourself. I also loved their facilites. The... Read More
