The College of Wooster is an excellent college, offering abundant opportunities for students to take advantage of. You get as much out of studying at this small, supportive campus as you are willing to put in. Through a variety of funding and fellowship opportunities offered by the College, I was able to spend three and a half months abroad before my senior year doing research for my Independent Study Thesis (our capstone project) while completing an internship relevant to my field. The college of Wooster has an amazing curriculum with an important research component allowing you to build useful skills for research and public speaking. The professors are engaged with the independent study process and helpful with finding future plans post graduation.
