I spent one semester at this school and had the most miserable time of my life. The social scene is non-existent and the involvement of staff on campus is honestly the bare minimum. Their food is abysmal and if one were to check the online reviews they would see that it is often served raw and there have been insects found in the produce. Even worse is they make your life a nightmare when you try to transfer out. I did everything right and holds keep getting put on my transcript despite having cleared them(... Read More

Can't recall a single good experience. UTD is all about money. Professors are very uncaring and unapproachable and the faculty will do their best to make sure you will never recommend UTD to anyone as a good university. Teaching standards do not exist, and most professors only read stuff from the power point presentation. Think about it, you pay astronomical tuition fees to have someone read the teaching material from PowerPoint slides!! I guess that's a very expensive reading service!
