Salary and Debt by Major at Trinity University

We calculated a Salary Score for each of Trinity University's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at Trinity University to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is based on the school's by-program performance weighted by student enrollment in each program. Data is sourced from the December 2020 release of the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and reflects median alumni debt upon graduation and median alumni earnings in the year after graduation for students who received federal financial aid. Debt and salary numbers are shown rounded to the nearest $10.

I really enjoyed my time at Trinity University. I ultimately opted to go there rather than the much higher ranked Emory University for financial reasons, and I don't regret it. The quality of the teaching there gave me a definitive advantage. The only downsides to attending a small university such as Trinity are this: (1) you will work with less well-known professors, and (2) your degree will count for less in the job market outside of Texas. However, neither of these affected me in a meaningful way.

Thorough review of current student here- terrible time. So many of my friends transferred. Here's why: small school that feels suffocating over 4 years. Grading is extremely deflated, especially in sciences. Expect a B to C average in all classes. In sciences, they weed you out to maintain prestige to graduate schools. Trust me, I had a 34 ACT and top 1% in HS. If you care about grades, go to a larger school. If going to work force after college, recruiting is terrible here bc of small size. No school spirit....
