Maryland Eastern Shore provided an environment and family that will never be forgotten. I enjoyed the social, academic, and athletic experience. The professors were invested in their students and made sure that the students were doing well inside and outside of class. While at UMES, I was a student athlete. This program utilized current aspects in the hospitality field to educate us. We had several in-field experience through the program. There were also several organizations that helped students to network, develop interview skills, and gain exposure to future employers across the industry.
