We calculated a salary score for each of UMSL's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at UMSL to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is a weighted average of all of its program scores. Data is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and was last updated in December 2020. It reflects median alumni debt upon graduation and median alumni earnings in the year after graduation for students who received federal financial aid.

I cannot recommend this school. The nursing administration is a chaotic mess. First, the advisors told me that classes would transfer from the community college that didn't. Then, I was sent a letter saying that I didn't get accepted because my GPA was too low. It was a 3.90, and people under a 3.0 were getting in. When I asked about this, I was informed that I was sent the wrong from letter; they no longer use that one, and I truly did not make the cut. I am a student currently in the nursing program. I am just completing my first year, and unfortunately, I cannot with good conscience recommend this school to anyone. I am a VERY passive person. You could spill a glass of water on me, I would immediately be assuring you "It's okay, don't worry about it!"
