This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at UNC Wilmington to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is based on the school's by-program performance weighted by student enrollment in each program. Data is sourced from the December 2020 release of the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and reflects median alumni debt upon graduation and median alumni earnings in the year after graduation for students who received federal financial aid. I go to UNCW as a nursing student and I can say it has been one of the worst experiences imaginable. I have been disrespected by a majority of the nursing staff and have found minimal help throughout the program. I will say there are a few professors that are wonderful, but they are few and far between. The nursing professors will actually go out of their way to disrespect students. I have been called a liar, cheater, and incompetent. Thankfully I found a job in what I love and and am about to graduate despite... Read More
The school has subpar staff and teachers. The educations is overpriced and useless. Teachers are not willing to work with students during national emergencies, hurricanes and the corona virus. Campus police prey on students for more income in top of the already high price for an underdeveloped campus with subpar opportunities for students. Any other UNC school is a better option, but they all are overpriced subpar NC public schools.
