This was the worst college experience I've had. I was upfront about my goal when I started and advisors led me astray because they were not listening to me. I spent 2 years and $30000 to only be able to stay in the same position I was already in because my degree was worthless. I would never recommend this college and if other colleges are doing the same thing.. Save your time and money and go to community college.
The University of Southern Indiana offered a thorough education in both core academic subjects and the field of Elementary Education. In particular, the classes related to my field covered a complete overview of the history of education, educational theory, and best practices. Overall, the professors were easily accessible and open to questions and concerns.
