Love this school. It's a private college with small campus and lower student to teacher ratio, which means you can get more one-on-one help than if you went to a huge public school. I really like the opportunities this school presents. Career fairs, job fairs, seminars, tons of clubs, independent studies, internship opportunities. Even just talking to your professors. There are many chances to learn all about your field and even get your foot through the door by taking up all the opportunities advertised all... Read More
As for the biology major itself, it's not the best in the state or nation, but its far from being the worst. I found it fairly rigorous and learned a lot. Get the education your program requires, but definitely take up those internships and networking chances as well. Biology has a lot of those. Lastly, the campus is very cozy. It's surrounded by nature. During the Christmas holidays, things really kick off, with festivals and colorful lights put up everywhere on campus.
Overall, I loved my time here. It was great academically and socially. I do not regret a single thing after having graduated from here.

The professors are all highly knowledgeable in their respective field and have a passion to make sure you understand what is going on as well as teaching you what real world... Read More
