I was enrolled in the online Master of Arts in Teaching program and loved the experience at UWA. I liked the small class size, for it was easy to communicate with with peers and faculty. All course faculty had doctorate degrees. My courses were challenging, and faculty were engaged in the course. From admissions to financial aid to the graduation process, staff were professional, efficient, and caring.
The University of West Alabama is a small college filled with friendly staff and students. If you are interested in Mathematics, History, or Nursing, then the school can provide you with a great education. Everything else is just okay as far as academics go. The sports teams are not that great but do give you a chance to play collegiately.
