Salary and Debt by Major at Ursuline College

We calculated a Salary Score for each of Ursuline College's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at Ursuline College to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is based on the school's by-program performance weighted by student enrollment in each program. Data is sourced from the December 2020 release of the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and reflects median alumni debt upon graduation and median alumni earnings in the year after graduation for students who received federal financial aid. Debt and salary numbers are shown rounded to the nearest $10.

I chose this school because they claimed to be supportive of adult life balances when I interviewed. The summer went great and I was content until placements began in the fall. None of my concerns were addressed as a new mother and I had to do the work of finding a placement myself while the rest of my cohort was taken care of. While being at Ursuline, I took a liking to the small school setting. Because of it being such a small school the resources that were provided were easily accessible. The student-teacher ratio was low as well, so the one on one communication was helpful, especially in classes that I might've needed extra assistance. The staff at the school were helpful as well whether it was my soccer coach, mentor leader, or academic adviser. Overall the experience was what I made it. I enjoy my time there.
