When I applied to Vassar I was nervous that I wouldn't be accepted. But coming from Arizona, with an interest in learning Russian, I had a lot to offer the college. They accepted me based on my whole self, and not just on my SAT scores. I was treated a lot like a foreign student, and I made friends with a lot of other foreign students.
