Winthrop University is great for those seeking a small-mid size school, with excellent curriculum and professors. Rock Hill has a small-town feel but you are only 15-20 minutes away from Charlotte. The campus on Winthrop is beautiful and one of its best attributes.
Winthrop University offers a very diverse set of Psychology classes. Most students in the psychology program do intend on continuing in a graduate program and professors are very helpful in understanding that. Most courses are rigorous, but definitely prepares you for any graduate program. Professors are very helpful and personable, especially the department head.
