"I enjoy attending graduate school. It has worked great around my schedule. They are flexible, have weekend courses, small classes, and the professors have a great wealth of knowledge. Some times it's difficult to communicate with staff due to many being part time employees."

"I feel that the pros of my graduate program is flexibility and availablility of cohort programs. The teachers are highly qualified. One con of the graduate program is the high cost of tuition."

"This school does have fantastic professors as well as a few incompetent professors, just as any program does. This school does emphasize the ethical issues that surround social work. And this school and their professors encourage their students to learn more information about self, so as to be self-aware when helping clients. The school is located in a very safe neighborhood with free street parking. Unfortunately, most of the students live in the Aurora area, so networking can be difficult if you are not from the area."

"I love the graduate program at Aurora University, it is well organized and really attends to my needs. The cohort Master's program is a one night a week with 8 week courses. Although it is accelerated, it is very complete. I love the level of organization, but there is a lack of support for students who do not qualify for financial aid or loans due to outstanding student loan debt. In my case, I have to return to school to get my teacher certification becuase my bachelor's is not in education. It is difficult to juggle a career, a family life and a graduate program with no financial aid help. The lack of financial aid help for graduate students without federal or private financial aid would probably be the biggest con."
