"Its an urban college. The campus is expanding, and becoming more of a less commuter college. Many majors and minors to pick from."

"I appreciated the accessibility of professors regarding their classes. Each professor made a true effort, and it was obvious that they cared deeply about subject matter and students. Cleveland State was far less expensive than Rutgers, from which I transferred, and was a far better value and investment."

"The program I attended was different than almost any program in the country. I also had an assistantship that helped me to pay for college. The professors were not only knowledgeable but honest about my progress and what I needed to work on personally and professionally in order to do well after I earned the degree. I took their advice and it is still paying off today. I am very happy with my career choice and give a great amount of credit to my Cleveland State education and to the network of peers that I met while a student in the program."

"My time at Cleveland State was exactly what I wanted it to be. College is about learning to be independent. Professors don't force you to be a good student, but you will be greatly rewarded for making an effort to become one. The Department of Student Life does not force you to be involved in extracurricular activities, but you will learn more about who you are and what you want to do outside of the classroom than inside of the classroom. Opportunities to make the most of your education and your free time are ever-growing at CSU. I highly recommend CSU to anyone seeking post-secondary education. I hope to return to CSU within the next year to pursue a Graduate Level degree - if I'm willing to attend twice, I think it's worth your attention once."

"I absolutely loved my classes and I enjoyed my experience. However, I do wish that I had chosen a major in which I could earn a bachelor's degree that is useful without further education. I hadn't ever considered not getting into a graduate program because my high grades, my involvement in clubs and organization, and my completion of an extensive undergraduate thesis, however it is always a possibility that you may not get into graduate school. Choose your major wisely so that you can find a decent career without a masters degree."
