"The pros of my program is the establishment of a graduation team that consists of an enrollment counselor, financial aid counselor, and an academic counselor (student service advisor). They are supportive of students from the beginning of the their academic journey to the end. I also love how the academic counselor calls periodically to check on students in the duration of their program. The only con I have is that instant chat is not available on the online classroom system (LoudCloud). Instant chat would allow students to converse with fellow classmates regarding the coursework without waiting for an email."

"Undoubtedly, the diversity of the adjunct and local staff professors is one of the greatest and most challenging aspects of GCU. Each professor, hailing from different educational background, as well as from different parts of the country, often, makes for a constant change in the learning environment and in the educational level of each course. This assures the student a high level of education and preparedness for real-world, occupational successes. I truly appreciate the heart of each of the professors, as they strive to bring value to the learning experience and to instill core values that translate into each student's career, so well."

"The pros of my program of study is that it prepares me to meet the challenges of life in other people's lives. I am preparing to become a minister of the Gospel of Christ Jesus it will help me to meet the social and crisis/threats that face people's lives on a constant basis. It allows me the opportunitiy to be able to minister to people's lives that are in crisis/threats that they face on a continual basis in their individual lives. The cons to my program of study is that I might not be able to find immediate employment through this type of program. This type of program does not afford me the opportunity to move into a position of work unless I start my own church."

"I am an online student so therefore not all areas applied to me that were on the survey. I received my BA from Grand Canyon University and decided to continue my education there through their Masters Program. I am quite pleased with the online experience that I have had with GCU. The instructors have all been well qualified, which is shown by their contributions to the discussion questions. I would highly recommend Grand Canyon University (online) to anyone who was interested in pursuing a higher level of education."
