"Very happy that I decided to continue my education here. I had a liberal arts undergraduate degree from a state school which did not prepare me to have a career. I was working jobs that my degree made no impact on whatsoever which made me regret going to university in the first place. It was disheartening for almost 2 years after finishing my undergrad and still not being able to make more than minimum wage. GCU was much more affordable than the previous state school I attended. They were very upfront about everything (even financially) before and during my degree. The best decision I ever made was to go for my master's here. The instructors I had actually worked in the field that they were teaching and I learned a lot from them. I ended up landing a job in the field I studied in a little over six months. Great experience!"

"This is the best online school. Will graduate in 2021. No complaints at all. Everyone is nice to me especially the professors and counselors, the IT group and the librarians. They are the best of the bests. Academic curriculum is hard but that is why you can learn. I love it. Thanks GCU staffs"

"During my first attempt to complete my bachelor's degree, and I was forced to take a delayed approach. I was referred to Grand Canyon University by a co-worker, so I began researching the programs relative to my major. After speaking with a representative and coordinator I began the enrollment process, and the flexibility of the online classroom was ideal. I really enjoyed the online atmosphere and the group setting offered with the courses, which allowed me to interact with my classmates as if I was on a campus. After graduation I decided to complete my Master's degree, however the cost of the classes have grown outside of my budget, but I'm determined to obtain my Master's degree."

"This university is a joke and the degree you get with it is worthless. Honestly. GCU is the laughing stock of college degrees and that has definitely translated into my job search. After graduating GCY with a masters degree in business (a relatively stable degree in today's job market ) I have been on a job hunt for over a year and a half. I graduated as a cum laude with a 4.0 gpa, so grades are not an issue here. The issue that has been persistent (according to employers) is that my degree is virtually useless due to the fact it's from a GCU. Granted, there are plenty of universities that fall under the same standards and outcomes that GCU does, but I am mainly speaking for how GCU is HIGHLY regarded by mainly employers as a degree generator rather than conditioning and preparing students for real line of work. Do NOT go here."

"This is a great school, I feel they can do more for online students when is comes to career services. Yes, they do offer a job forum or resume review. I feel if they offered job fairs or externships for their online students this would benefit them with getting a job in their field of study,"

"I feel that I have equally both pros and cons when it comes to my MBA/MSL Program at Grand Canyon University. The pros are that the professors are educated with many years of experience in the field they're teaching, I believe with that, I am getting the most out of my courses. I enjoyed all of my professors so far. I like the Cohort program which is what I am enrolled in because it allows me to do assignments and discussion posts online and come to class once a week to interact with the professor and my classmates face-to-face. The one thing that I find ineffective when it comes to GCU is that it takes me awhile to hear back from my academic adviser. I also find it inconvenience for students that they do not have a financial department. The academic adviser is also the financial adviser, When I have a specific question regarding financial aid and cannot get a hold of my adviser because she manages from 60-100 students at a time, it gets very frustrating. I believe that if GCU can separate academic and financial advisers into two separate department instead of one, they will be successful in making things easier for their students."

"The overall MBA Online program fills in the gaps to allow you to achieve the next level in your career after receiving your Undergraduate degree and working in the industry. There are areas of opportunity for the online program such as their use of a quiz program that does not tell you what answers you incorrectly answered. And the marketing class doesn't help the students learn about marketing as much as it does about meeting deadlines. The leadership, economics and statistics classes are valuable. Plan on a lot of group work in the qualitative courses."

"Being an online student, I cannot score the school in some areas of the survey. I do feel Grand Canyon has been a great choice for me as I work full time, manage a design business part-time, and dance competitively throughout North America. One of the best attributes about this program is their emphasis on flexibility and working with busy graduate students. Being in an online environment, it can be difficult to build solid relationships with the professors. I am one to be at office hours every chance I get at a traditional school. With the courses being online, speaking to professors is more difficult. Overall a great school and a great choice for working professionals."
