"I have been locked out because my username does not work. This is the third time now and with no help. I have reset and cleared everything on my end. Still, it does not work. I have called tech, I have emailed. I have put in over a dozen requests. I have called multiple times, and it only rings a few times then will disconnect. I only get some useless AI auto reply that is set on auto pilot. I have tried everything. I have missed major class time and can get no assistance, a simple call, no useful info that works, nothing at all. I probably have sent two dozen requests to a supposed tech department that still to this day, no help. This is awful. This is a nightmare and not at all what I was really hoping for. I am now worried that I am so far behind, that I can't complete this course. My username when it did work for a few days at a time did not help the constant worry of no access such as right now. I have emailed admissions and still no reply. Everybody is only set on auto AI reply and do not respond. That is no good when things do not work or go wrong. Not what I was expecting or hoping for and very disappointed."

"Grand Canyon is a close-minded school and Im ashamed I ever went here. The education was average, the professors were hard to work with, and it was overpriced. If you want a good education from a university that embraces open conversation and diverse learning experiences, dont go to GCU."

"Hello! So I just graduated April 2018, and I received the Masters in Education leading to a credential in multiple subject and frankly, I am highly dissapointed that the school lacks communication regarding specific requirements from outside states. I live in CA and I was never told that I needed a CLAD authorization which is an authorization to teach language learners. (their SEI requirement) which caused me to add additional testing after the program ended. Do not waste your time going here if you live in CA. CA's schools has this authorization embedded in their teacher programs so I would go that route. If you go here, you will end up taking additional courses which will cause you to add to your debt. Now, I have to pay 3000 for a course in CLAD certification and add 9-12 months which I could be searching for employment. So disappointed and sad."

"Grand Canyon University has been a very welcoming college, even with me pursuing my degree online. My counselor and advisor are in constant contact with me to make sure I understand everything that is happening. They have helped me to navigate the online system, answered my questions, and have help me with my financial aid. I recommend this college to those who are looking to further their education by using an online college."

"This college has been wonderful in helping me to reach my goal in obtaining my Master's degree in Reading Teacher Education. They have gone above and beyond in helping me to apply, find funding, and are available for any questions that I may have. The counselor that I am working with is also there to help me in scheduling of classes with the promise of help with classes, if needed."

"I feel the online teacher certification program provided by Grand Canyon University is excellent. It allows students to further their education without an abrupt interruption of their lives. It is easily accessible, provides excellent information and teachers are very supportive. The cons of this program is that it is continuous, not designed for students to take a break, so they may feel overwhelmed or get quickly burnt out."
