"JBU has gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and help me succeed in my current field. However, JBU could expand their technology that is available to the students."

"John Brown University's Graduate Counseling Program is amazing! The professors are each highly skilled and experienced in their areas of expertise and are accessible to the students. The program truly strives to provide the student with integrative training in Christian counseling. The professors and staff are interested in helping each student meet their goals and grow academically, spiritually, and personally. It is a wonderful place to learn! While a few assistantships and scholarships are available to graduate students, I do wish they would create more fellowship opportunities for the graduate counseling program. Utilizing higher level graduate students for adjunct professors, student counseling services, etc., would help students financially and would also allow them to practice their newly acquired skills in a supervised manner. In addition, it would promote the graduate program but at University and within the community."

"JBU is a private Christian college so the pros are definitely that they incoroporate Jesus Christ and the morals taught by the Bible in their teachings. There quality of classes is very high, in that, many agencies in the surround area want to higher graduates from JBU. From where I live, the campus is approximately 2 hours away so of course transportation is not going to rank very high for me however, for the quality of the program, I don't mind the drive. With being a private Christian college, JBU is a little more costly than other programs however, it will be well worth it when I am all finished."
