Complete waste of time and money! The program teaches you things you will NEVER use in the real world. It is completely drawn out to take a very long time(something that should take a couple of months will end up taking close to 1 year). Grading of labs is a joke. Getting ready for externship is more strenuous than buying a house. Take your money elsewhere.

I can only speak for myself, but I am an absolute nobody at Penn Foster. No one has ever reached out to me once they got the first payment. I am a money machine and nothing more. My academic questions have never been answered. The material has so many errors, I quit counting. Spelling, grammatical and pronunciation (AI) errors are common. Material can't be accessed because of IT glitches. Quizzes and exams are programmed with the incorrect answers so there is no way to make a 100. The school has... Read More

I called many times for my internship since I finished my program ahead of time, but they dont help me at all! It just a waist of money! They promise that they are going to pay the first test or PTCB test but I ended up paid my own. Im regretted that I enrolled to this school.

Ok. My experience with this school was excellent. I never had any major problems. I was able to work at my own pace and billing was exactly how I thought it would be. I never had issues with materials being late or anything like that. When you sign up for a program like this you have to be self motivated and you have to pay on time and in full. If you can not do that then don't sign up. My degree is framed and got me a good job. Think about your situation before you sign up here. I would take another... Read More

I was told to contact the student services phone number, however they just hang up on you. I can not transfer to another program despite not being able to do the required externship on the CPhT program. No student services available and I can not even transfer my program. I guess, I will be contacting Phoenix to try there.

I saw someone else's post both before I started with this school and also just now I completely agree. I came into some financial difficulties and I havent even complete 50% of my class and they are wanting me to pay more than 50% of the tuition. Unfortunately, no one expects to be thrown out of their parents house at 20 but that has happened to me and my husband and out 5 month old. I explained to student care and they have not yet replied to me. And the few replies I have gotten were disrespectful.... Read More

The class was insanely easy and I passed with an A, but what they didn't tell me was the clinicals (which are VERY necessary) are extreme part time, and for someone who is unemployed can't pay for all the background checks, physicals, drop tests, insurance, blood work etc that the company you will be externshiping with will need in order to have in behind the counter! It's a useless piece of paper! I have it in a frame but won't ever use it since no one will hire you!
