"I attended Texas Southern University, a small Historical Black University (HBU) in Houston, TX. The students to professor ratio was fair. The financial department was good and helpful. The professors are stellar and the quality of education can be put up against any top colleges in the Houston area such as University of Houston, or Rice University. Texas Southern has one of the best law school and pharmacy school in the U.S. I'm extremely proud of my degree and the university I chose to obtained it."

"At Texas Southern University there is a strong emphasis on providing the essential needs, as well as beyond those essential needs, to make sure every student is successful within the graduate program. The faculty and staff at TSU implement how each student should be treated and educated within their field of study. TSU goes even further to help students succeed in their jouney outside of the institution so they may become successful in their lives and careers. Although there are not many cons to TSU's graduate program, there are some improvments that can be made. Students can be better guided on how to become successful in their graduate studies and also be taught how to apply the skills learned within the graduate study towards their career."

"Texas Southern University has become my second home, just as any other institution it has its pros and cons. The professors are very friendly but stern and concerned about their students. While the expect you to be an adult and do many things on your own they will not hesitate to help if asked."

"The graduate program allow me to retain more knowledge based information about biology in general. It is an opportunity to apply most of the knowledge from undergraduate and utilize it to design the research model for master degree."
