"One Stop Specialists and financial aid people are a complete joke and pretty sure they have no idea what they are doing most of the time. Incapable of answering questions same day lucky if you get an answer within a week. This college will do anything to keep your federal financial aid for as long as they can including erasing previous work that you mastered and telling you a month later you have to redo it because they had technical issues even when you have proof that class was completed and will continue to blame you for their screw ups and withhold your financial aid. Do yourself a favor and just report them to the Department of Education and Veterans Administration. All they have is excuses after excuses. I do not recommend this college to anyone including my fellow military veterans and active duty team mates."

Thank you for providing your feedback. We strive to provide our students with an exceptional education experience and are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our roots started by servicing the military when we opened the first campus on the base of El Toro Marie Corps Air Station as Chapman University College. As a non-profit institution, we don’t benefit from military funding the way for-profit Universities do. We are proud to provide deep discounts to active duty military and their spouses as our way of giving back for your service to our country. It is disappointing to read you did not experience this dedication to our service members and invite you to please email assistance@umassglobal.edu with your student ID so we can investigate further to understand your specific situation. Thank you.

"I attended a junior college and received an AS in math and science. I transferred to Cal State San Bernardino which was a nightmare. Constant holds for reasons they could not figure out. Registration was a mess. I never got the classes I needed. I got tired and transferred to Brandman. The classes are smaller and professors are much better. Other institutions have professors with very little to no real world experience. The majority of my professors at Brandman had decades of experience. When I graduated I got a job within the first week making more money than I ever had. I am hoping to go back to Brandman for a MBA in the near future."

"Like many others I wanted to continue my education at a school that catered to my lifestyle as an employed mother. I found Brandman to be a perfect set up for me and my family. My degree program will be complete this summer 2014 and I couldn't be happier with the support I have received from this school. The OneStop administrations are great and do their very best to help students have a positive experience at Brandman. There's no "perfect" system no matter where one attends school. That's why, just like at work or in personal life, one needs to be proactive in their own affairs to prevent fewer mistakes. I will be continuing into the MBA for Accounting program shortly after graduating."

"Brandman University is simply the best. The professors are top notch. I have experience with both the Folsom and Roseville Campus as well as online. The blended style of learning is really useful and easy to keep up with. The professors treat you like an adult and expect you to know how to use computers and be up to date with simple applications like PowerPoint and excel. If you are looking to be walked through every assignment and concept discussed throughout the courses this is not the right school for you. Professors expect you to start at week one with momentum and cary it through week 8. With these shorter courses there is no time to fall behind or slack off. The administration staff and educational counselors have been extremely successful with helping me make a plan for both my Bachelors and now my Masters I have attended and passed over 30 courses at Brandman all with the grades I earned and expected. Be prepared to spend hours doing independent research and either in person or online discussion for each course you take."

"I attended the Victor Valley campus and the online program. I also attended many other schools unfortunately that resulted in myself withdrawing in their program. Brandman is different. They have staff members who actually can get stuff done. K and E especially along with the rest of the staff over in Victorville are extremely good at their jobs. The professors are really well qualified. My favorite part about the professors is that many of them actually have real jobs in the industry unlike a lot of full time professors at other schools that have no industry experience. The eight week term is a lot better than the 16 week terms at other schools. Instead of trying to manager four classes you only have to manager two at a time (but you still take four classes each term). Also the chairs are comfortable which is nice since sitting in class for three hours can be rough after a long day of work."
