"The pros is that it is a clinically based program and you get to do an internship for a year and a half. The cons would be the lack of diversity and the amount of school work required with no extra time to be able to work outside of your internship and school hours."

"The Language and Literacy program is great for those who wish to further their education in how to teach kids to read, write and live life to the fullest. It has opened my eyes to a variety of literacies and made me become interested in the stories and relationships of others. The professors at UNCW are progressive and challenge students to think for themselves. Highly recommended!"

"I am very happy with my choice of graduate programs. The general psychology track prepares students for future graduate work. I feel the program does a great job of this objective."
