"Save your money. In general, online programs provide 62% less efficiency than real graduate programs. The institution itself is very disorganized, they performed unscheduled 24-hour maintenance on Blackboard 5 times in one 10 week semester during the school week and don’t offer any deadline extensions. I withdrew halfway through the semester because I wasn’t learning anything and went to real college and the difference was huge. I was in the Public Health program and it was a joke."

"I have taken online classes at multiple schools and Walden is competitive with structure and demand. Personally, I love the brick and mortar school better because I can interact face-to-face with my peers and instructor. But my husband is in the military and we travel around the world. Online schools have been a blessing to me to finish my passion. Online learning is self-guided. You learn as much as you put into it. If you expect to sit and listen, you will not do well at any online school. The one thing I love at Walden is the support from the library and writing center. I have used the online chat many times to ask questions. I also watch webinars of information that have helped me learn and grow. Online worked for me and I learned quite a bit!"

"The MPH and PhD programs in public health are not CEPH accredited they have been trying to accredited for 10 years. A program that is not accredited will not be beneficial. They seem to not have good leaders as they are unable, after multiple attempts and multiple extension to be accredited. It is not because they are an online degree as other online degrees are accredited through CEPH."

"Just an FYI Walden The school of Public Health is not CEPH accredited so that means the MPH and The PHD programs of health science does not have the specialized accreditation. There is no need to complain, they will blow you off. A lot of jobs will not accept applicants or allow you to train at the facility without it. If you are considering going to this school find another one who has the CEPH accreditation."

"This school only cares about making money off its student. Below par education for putting you in debt. Did not attempt to work with me and whenever I tried to reach anyone with the staff or faculty, always, and I mean always, goes to voicemail. I was never able to reach any staff or faculty when I tried calling them. Which is strange for a online degree program that is based on distance learning. But then again, all they care about is taking that money from you"
