Salary and Debt by Major at Averett University

We calculated a salary score for each of Averett University's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. Averett University offers a very well respected degree in Business, Education, and Computer Science. After graduating, I was contacted by several companies who were recruiting graduates. Of course if you major in European Literature, this is unlikely to happen but if you choose teacher licensure, hard science, or a STEM subject finding a job will not be difficult. The campus is undergoing modernization and is becoming quite beautiful. The town (Danville, VA) is old fashioned and the natives are not exactly... Read More

I loved picking classes to go to and making my own schedule. I commuted and that worked good for me. Stick with it, it will be rough at times but it is so worth it after getting your degree.
