Managable course schedule for working adults, I took 2 classes per semester (6 to 8 credits at a time) and graduated in two years. The faculty really go to bat for their students. I ran into some complications during my final semester and my advisor and instructors worked together to help me through it. Earning a BSN added between $15 to $20k to my earning potential as a RN (moving from LTC nursing to acute care) so the education paid for itself in a single year. MSUM is an excellent and affordable university. I had small class sizes, dedicated and knowledgable professors, and access to many resources that helped me obtain my degree. I was able to take the classes that I want, and even design my own course to fit my educational and professional goals. I spent my first year of college at a private college, and was very unhappy with the education I was receiving for the cost I was paying.
