Salary and Debt by Major at UAMS

We calculated a salary score for each of UAMS's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at UAMS to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is a weighted average of all of its program scores. Data is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and was last updated in December 2020. This program is very competitive but I'm happy I attended this school. It's very in depth and it prepares you for the real world of nursing. It is a privilege to apply for jobs and put that you graduated from UAMS. Will definitely apply to graduate school.

This was a very dedicated and at times intense program. It was very costly. The clinical part of the program was very helpful and focused on teaching you the skills you need to be successful. At the same time it was laid back and easy to learn from the instructors. It has gone mostly online while some classes are still on campus. The teachers are still always available to help you when necessary.
