"The cost of tuition is lower compared to other MBA programs, especially for in state students. The surrounding area is not the greatest, but the campus is very nice and large with a lot to do on campus."

"Majority of the faculty and staff were principals in the district that most students currently teach in. They offer valuable information from their first hand experience. There are not many online classes offered for this program."

"The program is extremely welcoming as well as organized. The staff is extremely helpful, especially for incoming students, they completely relieve stressful situations by being clear and precise on anything that a student may need. The students are a great mix of artists and art historians, they are likewise welcoming and eager to give the scoop to any student who needed their aid."

"The program is constantly reworking itself, bringing in new and enthusiastic professors and trying to maximize the benefits for both MA and Ph.D. students; while not everybody enters with funding (at the doctoral level), most find that it's relatively easy to associate oneself with a program or grant to remedy that."

"Great program. Small network of professors who will really go out of their way to help you get your needs met. Curriculum is great but quality of professors and staff is phenomenal."

"So far I really love my program. At first the clinic seemed a little unorganized, but after the first week, everything worked itself out and it seems to be running smoothly. I love all of my professors, because they are all extremely knowledgeable, yet down to earth and helpful. They seem like they really want to help you, even when that means pushing you to do your best and as well as giving you positive feedback."

"Overall, I enjoyed the program. I believe that I obtained a lot of relevant knowledge and that the quality of education was exceptional. However, it was only "worth" the expense for students who continued on to obtain medical or other professional degrees. I decided not to pursue that route, and was left with a lot of debt and a relatively useless degree. The degree is not "specialized" enough to provide students with other career options. I feel that students should be counseled regarding this matter before entering the program. Perhaps my opinion is misguided, but I had no advisor to correct this belief. The program should offer much more help for students in terms of job placement after graduation. Also, I would note that the class size was too large to allow for any type of networking with faculty."

"University of South Florida's Adult Nurse Practitioner program is awesome. The Pros are the numerous hospitals and healthcare systems located close in the area as well as the advanced technology and research the program offers. I attended undergraduate school here and was very happy with the program. The cons would be the large classes and the amount of adult and online learning required. It is up to the student too use the tools given in order to learn all there is to know. For me, I am very dedicated and want to know everything about my field of interest so it works, but it may not be right for everyone."

"A pro of my graduate program is that the curriculum is very similar to that of the first year of medical school at USF's College of Medicine. The con is that successful completed of the curriculum doesn't guarantee admission into their medical school."

"USF Med is a tight knit community with a diverse array of students and faculty. At USF, you get what you put into the program. You will have all the resources you need to be successful and competitive in today's world. Most all of the mentors/ professors are very bright and care about their students. This is definitely a great place to receive post-undergraduate education."

"Tell us about your college experience.I did not feel like my college was a good fit for me, which is why I only got my Associates from that school. I plan to work for a little while and then transfer to a school that better fits my needs and has a better program for my field.Would you get the same degree if you could start over? No. I would go back to a DIFFERENT school and just get bachelors first, since I feel like I wasted time at a four year university just to get a two year degree. What advice can you offer other students?Don't let high school guidance counselors trick you into thinking that college is the only answer and the only way to be successful. There are plenty of other options for high school graduates. Explore those, but don't expect anyone at your high school to help you with anything that isn't related to college."

"I enrolled in this graduate program to help to boost my credentials to gain acceptance into a medical school. This program is one of the cheaper of it's kind. They offer MCAT support classes and help students to dip their toes into the medical school subject areas, in a more watered down way. It's a great way to show medical schools you can handle the work load. Some of the cons of the program are it's length. It is a three semester program (fall, spring and summer) which can pose a problem for internships, other school year start dates etc. The administration and staff aren't as great as I saw in undergrad which was disappointing. But, overall it's a good program and who doesn't love being down in the sunshine all the time."

"The pros of my graduate program are that faculty is very accessible and helpful, which is unique since many graduate programs are more independent. There are countless resources to students which are free and easy accessible. Parking is an issue, but that is to be expected with such a big university, but compared to other schools I have attended this is the norm and it is not really that bad. The quality of education that I am receiving is the best I could've hoped for."

"The USF CRNA graduate program is awesome! It is very competitive and they only accept highly qualified candidates. The pros of the program is that it has a 100% passing rate and a very high job placement rate after graduation. The con of the program is now the tuition is market based so the cost of attendance is quite high."

"The economics master's program is relatively small at USF, but all of the instructors are very good at what they do. The workload is reasonable from the classes I have taken so far, and even the class scheduling is fantastic."
